El aceite hidráulico no tiene la misma vida útil en todos los equipos.  Todo depende de las presiones, la temperatura operacional, y la contaminación.  Aquí tenemos dos ejemplos del mismo aceite en la misma planta.  Uno esta muy bien a las 2000 horas, mientras la otra ya no tiene reserva de aditivos anti-desgaste (zinc y fósforo) a las 4000 horas. 

Se ve por la calidad del aceite que todavía no tenia ningún aumento de viscosidad por oxidación a las 4000 horas.

Hidraulic Oil doesn't have the same useful life in all equipment.  It all depends on the pressures, the operating temperature, and the level of contamination.  Here we have two examples of the same oil in the same plant.  One is still in excellent condicion after more than 2,000 hours, while the other no longer has any additive reserve at 4,000 hours.

We can see the quality of the oil and it's resistance to oxidation by the way it has not increased viscosity in 4,000 hours.

El desgaste de la bomba hidráulica depende de la temperatura operacional, la contaminación, la cantidad y calidad de aditivos anti-desgaste, y el nivel de degradación del aceite.

Un buen nivel de aditivos anti-desgaste puede reducir el desgaste 97% a 121^oC.

Bajar la temperatura de 121 ^oC a 65^oC reduce el desgaste 50% en aceite nuevo y 70% en aceite usado.

The wear on the hydraulic pump depends on the operational temperature, the contamination, and the quantity and quality of anti-wear additives.

A good level of anti-wear addtives can reduce the wear 97% at 250^oF.

Reducing the temperature of the oil from 250^oF to 150^o F reduces wear 50% in new oil and 70% in used oil.
